Kia Italia is seeking an Events & Sponsorship Specialist to join the CX & Brand Marketing Department on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. You will plan, coordinate and execute events and sponsorship activities, delivering engaging brand experiences aligned with Kia's strategic objectives.

You will work with internal teams, agencies, partners and suppliers in a fast-paced environment, ensuring flawless delivery, high quality customer experience and strong brand consistency.

Competenze

• University degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Events, Sponsorship, Brand Experience, Experiential Marketing or similar roles.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Design and execute initiatives that strengthen Kia's brand presence and engage customers.
• Plan and deliver national and local brand events from concept to delivery.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, agencies, suppliers and external partners.
• Manage sponsorships, ambassadors and partnerships; activate plans and visibility opportunities.
• Collaborate across Marketing to deliver impactful initiatives and measure performance.
• Monitor budgets, track KPIs and provide insights for future activations.
