Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience on the flight line and/or base maintenance.
• Fluent Italian (verbal and written).

• EASA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance License B1/B2 is a plus.
• Licenses on Boeing aircraft types are a plus.
• Understanding of Maintenance Plan Document, Aircraft Service Bulletins, FAA ADs and Service Letters.
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical data.
• Familiarity with EMAR 145 is a plus.
• Experience with AS9110C Quality Management System is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with Boeing web-based systems (My Boeing Fleet).

Aufgaben

• Support schedule and unscheduled maintenance events as Quality Assurance.
• Oversee maintenance tasks execution, verifying compliance with approved data (AMM, SBs, ADs) and procedures.
• Manage and complete technical documentation (Task Cards, Pick Up Cards, 8130, EASA Form One) to release aircraft on time and quality.
• Verify inspections are completed and defects are corrected or properly deferred.
• Ensure certification of tools, test equipment and personnel are current.
• Execute RII inspections as mandated by Maintenance Manuals.
• Collaborate to maintain QA Operational Instructions and improve methods by data analysis.
• Originate/release Occurrence Reports as part of Continuous Improvement.
• Execute in-tank inspections and FOD checks.
• Support internal and external audits to maintain Site Accreditations.
• Work under general supervision.
• Work in rotating shifts, 5 days a week from Monday to Saturday.
