Job summary

HPE Group S.p.a in Modena, Italy, is seeking an Expediter to monitor supplier orders and ensure deliveries align with project timelines. You will communicate delays to relevant departments and liaise with suppliers and shipping partners to keep projects on schedule.

The ideal candidate holds a technical degree, at least one year in sales or purchasing, and strong English (C1). Proficiency with MS Office, the ability to read drawings, and knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 will help

• At least 1 year of experience in Sales or Purchasing environments.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Contact suppliers to ensure that all purchase orders have been received and that deliveries are completed within the expected timelines.
• Maintain constant communication with suppliers and shipping companies throughout the delivery process.
• Promptly inform project management teams if a critical delivery is expected to be delayed.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve invoicing issues that could delay critical shipments.
• Comply with company regulations regarding quality, environment, and safety.
• Ensure confidentiality and avoid disclosing sensitive information to third parties.
• Adapt to organizational changes required by the direct supervisor.

Monitor the progress status of supplier orders and follow up on deliveries, communicating any delays to the relevant departments.
