Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor purchase orders and delivery dates to ensure on-time material availability.
• Follow up with suppliers via email, calls, and meetings to confirm delivery dates.
• Update order status in the system with confirmed dates and delays.
• Analyze supplier backlogs to identify high-risk orders impacting milestones.
• Collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, Production and Quality teams to ensure material availability.
