Mama Shelter is hiring a Kitchen Lead to drive top-quality food preparation, storage, and service in a busy kitchen. You will manage day-to-day operations, step in for the Chef de Cuisine when needed, and lead a motivated team while upholding strict hygiene standards.

You bring passion, organization, and a deep respect for Mama’s recipes, with the ability to translate them into actionable sheets and guide the crew through peak hours in a dynamic, international setting.

Job Description

THE MISSION?

• Like Granny's dishes from our childhood, our cuisine is generous & of the best quality. In this way, you are responsible for setting up the dishes and respecting the values of Mama.


• You are responsible for the quality of service, storage and cleaning in the kitchen, as well as food storage.


• You control and ensure the proper storage of supplies.


• You replace the Chef de Cuisine in case of an absence and you assist them in all of their functions.


• You motivate and supervise the kitchen team.


• You respect hygiene standards and guarantee the proper use of equipment.

• Gross annual salary: €37,000 – €39,000, depending on experience and skills.
