Megatron Sensors, a leading manufacturer of electrical components for industrial applications, seeks a Multilingual Sales Assistant to strengthen the commercial team by handling post-sales requests and supporting executive engagement with key clients. You will coordinate travel, manage the CEO’s calendar, and prepare detailed client briefs and presentations.

Competenze

• Fluency in Italian and English at B2+ level; tested during selection.
• Advanced MS Office: Excel (filters, Pivot, reports), Word, PowerPoint.
• Nice-to-have: knowledge of other European languages; SAP-B1; international sales experience.

Mansioni

• Manage post-sales customer requests and ensure timely responses.
• Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance to fulfill orders.
• Prepare and distribute weekly sales reports.
• Support the CEO with travel planning, calendar, and client communications.
• Develop tailored PowerPoint presentations for key client meetings.
• Assist in defining and executing the sales/marketing plans.
