Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and execution of Board meetings, including agenda planning and minute-taking.
• Coordinate contributions from different functions for executive materials.
• Facilitate cross-Entity communication within Italy and with the E.ON Group.
• Monitor implementation of Board decisions and cascade across the organization.
• Prepare presentations, reports, analyses, and executive briefings for senior management.
• Support and coordinate strategic cross-functional projects.
