The World Food Programme (WFP) seeks an Assistant Executive Director, Workplace and Management, at the United Nations ASG level, to lead HR, staff wellbeing, management services, security, and technology. The role strengthens organizational effectiveness, resilience, and duty of care globally.

Responsibilities include simplifying processes, empowering staff and managers, promoting transparency, and advancing UN reform through collaboration and shared services where possible.

Competenze

• Advanced degree in a relevant field with international leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex organizations and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience in humanitarian or development sectors is preferred.
