Responsibilities

• Execute business innovation projects and contribute to BIU/UNAA priorities within WFP.
• Act as the management consulting arm for WFP and other UN entities, delivering end-to-end solutions.
• Lead problem assessment, data analysis, and design of operational models and change plans.
• Support senior leadership on prioritizing initiatives and guide cross-functional discussions.
• Provide analytical and project management support, advising initiative sponsors and driving implementation.
• Guide UN Reform/UN80 implementation, engage stakeholders, and contribute to knowledge management.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure delivery of project work streams with clear objectives and timelines.
