Job summary

Page Executive in Milano is seeking a Managing Director to lead daily operations and translate strategic objectives into actionable plans across the group. The role requires steering budgeting, production priorities, and business development while building strong relationships with clients and investors to drive growth.

You will oversee the organization’s financial performance, production scheduling, and CAPEX decisions, guiding change management and coaching leaders on the shop floor to deliver

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electronic, Electric or Industrial Automation.
• Experience in leading roles within Machinery or Industrial Automation, Sales, Operations or After-sales.
• Fluency in English and Italian; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements strategic business planning, including financial performance and product development.
• Sets KPIs and leads budgeting to meet financial goals.
• Drives efficiency and quality road-map for higher standards for international customers.
• Explores new business opportunities within complementary businesses.
• Forges partnerships with clients and represents the company in meetings with potential new clients.
• Directs operations to meet budget and financial targets set by the CEO.
• Plans and supervises production priorities with production supervisors.
• Manages CAPEX, maintenance and future investments.
• Ensures compliance with Group policies, ISO and UL standards and policies.
• Ensures project management processes meet client expectations from design to commissioning.
• Demonstrates leadership through coaching and mentoring the team.
• Leads change management to foster open, collaborative environment.
