Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics in Lombardy, Italy, is seeking an Exception Handler to identify, analyze, and resolve order and logistics exceptions across the supply chain. You will monitor dashboards, investigate root causes, and implement recovery plans to maintain service levels.

You will collaborate with logistics, warehouse, customer service, and IT teams, document resolutions, and contribute to preventative improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations support, logistics, or supply chain focusing on exception handling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics management software, plus advanced Excel knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
