Cheil Italia Srl in Milan is seeking an experienced Event Producer to lead experiential projects from concept to delivery, including launches, roadshows, exhibitions and activations. You will collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Client Service and Production teams to coordinate suppliers, manage budgets and ensure flawless on-site execution across all project phases in a fast-paced environment.

• 3-5 years of experience in event production, experiential marketing or live communication projects
• Proven delivery of product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, temporary installations and brand activations
• Good knowledge of exhibition builds, temporary structures and AV technologies
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Familiarity with planning tools (Gantt / PM software)
• Experience managing suppliers and production partners
• Basic budget management and cost-control capabilities

Cheil Italy is looking for an Event Producer with 3-5 years of experience in experiential production, capable of managing the operational planning and delivery of events and brand experiences such as product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, temporary installations and consumers activations.

The Event Producer collaborates with Creative, Strategy, Client Service and Production Teams to transform creative concepts into executable experiences, ensuring coordination of suppliers, budget control and flawless execution throughout all project phases.

Role and Responsibilities:

Project Development & Production Coordination

Support the development of experiential projects, contributing to the evaluation of production feasibility and identifying effective technical solutions for client requirements.

Production Planning & Execution

Develop production timelines, coordinate project workflows and ensure all activities are delivered according to schedule and quality standards.

Source, negotiate and manage relationships with production suppliers, technical partners and event vendors, ensuring efficient collaboration throughout project execution.

Budget Control

Prepare cost estimates, monitor production expenses and support budget management to ensure financial efficiency and project profitability.

On-site Event Management

Oversee event setup, live operations and dismantling, ensuring smooth execution and immediate resolution of operational issues.

Explore new materials and technologies that can improve event production processes and enhance consumer experiences.

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in event production, experiential marketing or live communication projects
• Proven experience delivering projects such as product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, temporary installations and brand activations
• Good knowledge of exhibition builds, temporary structures and AV technologies
