Job summary

Arup in Milan is seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter to join our European team. You will partner with business leaders across Europe to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic hiring solutions, leading end-to-end recruitment projects from definition to offer management.

You will develop creative sourcing approaches to attract talent and build long-term relationships while championing an inclusive candidate experience and using data to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Ability to act as a trusted talent acquisition partner.
• Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capabilities.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics.
• Fluent English communication skills.
