Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a European pet food product development specialist to develop and maintain pet food formulations and specifications across our Hill’s premium portfolio. Based in Castiglione delle Stiviere, Italy, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficacy and regulatory compliance.

In addition, a Master in Food Technology and 3+ years in PD are preferred. The role offers €44,000–€49,000 gross per year on a permanent contract with hybrid working, and travel

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in Food Technology or equivalent.
• Master degree in Food Technology or equivalent (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in product development (food).

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain European pet food product formulations and specifications.
• Conduct plant tests and implement final formulations.
• Identify, specify and maintain process specifications.
• Develop and maintain pet food raw material specifications.
• Support the qualification of new raw materials or new suppliers.
