Hill's Pet Nutrition Customer Development Intern in Rome is part of Colgate-Palmolive. The role focuses on supporting the Vet & Pet retail channel within a multinational European environment, handling data management, commercial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, trade marketing, and supply chain.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in management engineering or business administration and are proficient in MS Excel and Google Workspace, with good English language skills.

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Management Engineering or Business Administration.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot tables and advanced functions for commercial analysis and reporting). Good knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets and Slides).
• Good command of English (written and spoken).

• Data Management & Commercial Analysis: Monitor, extract, and analyze sales data and KPIs to support the team's commercial decisions and strategic planning.
• Retail & Sales Support: Assist the Key Account and Field teams in their daily operations, ensuring smooth execution across the Vet and Pet retail channels.
• Reporting & Dashboarding: Create, update, and optimize business reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain to align on promotional activities and go-to-market strategies.
