Job summary

Keysight is expanding its Network & Security Operations presence in Europe. We seek a technical business development lead to drive growth with government agencies, defence bodies, and EU-funded programmes across multiple countries.

You will build strategic relationships, translate complex requirements into business solutions, and navigate data sovereignty and regulatory frameworks. 50% travel across Europe is required, with a strong emphasis on technical credibility and enterprise networking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years driving business growth in enterprise technology markets.
• 5+ years in customer-facing technical business development with enterprise/government clients.
• Experience supporting European government agencies, defence organisations, or public sector customers.
• Strong foundation in enterprise networking and cybersecurity concepts.
• English fluent; German and/or French preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~50% across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Market development and customer relationships with government executives and decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities, develop account strategies, and accelerate deal progress.
• Provide regulatory and market intelligence to shape go-to-market strategy.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and partners for campaigns and events.
• Translate technical requirements into winning proposals aligned with EU security standards.
