Prysmian Group in Milan seeks a Junior Sustainability & Market Intelligence Specialist - Intern to support European sustainability initiatives and market insights. You will collaborate with multiple functions and prepare internal communications and materials.

The role requires a Master’s in a relevant field, solid analytical skills, and fluency in English. Hybrid work arrangement and meal vouchers are offered.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Sustainability Management, ESG, Economics, Management Engineering or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of sustainability topics, ESG frameworks and CSRD/ESRS reporting.
• Strong analytical and ability to structure information clearly.
• Good project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proactive attitude with ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

We are looking for a Junior Sustainability & Market Intelligence Specialist - Intern to join our office in Milan.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives and projects at European level


• Support ESG related activities, including data collection, analysis and preparation of sustainability materials aligned with CSRD/ESRS requirements

You are the right fit if you have/are:

• Master’s degree in Sustainability Management, ESG, Economics, Management Engineering or related fields

Nice to have:

• Previous internship or project experience in sustainability, ESG consulting or corporate sustainability


• Knowledge of CSRD/ESRS regulation and sustainability reporting
