Prysmian seeks a Project Manager to join our Palermo team, overseeing project execution with a focus on Middle East clients. You will act as main contact for the client, prepare plans and RAMS/ITP/FAT/SAT docs, and coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and commissioning.

Ideal candidates hold an Electrical Engineering degree, have proven PM experience in industrial settings, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven PM experience in industrial/technical environments.
• Fluent in English and Italian; French is a plus.

Your contribution to Prysmian's Success:

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Palermo , supporting project execution for clients with a specific focus on the Middle East region.

Reporting directly to the assigned line manager , you will:

• Act as the main point of contact for all project-related activities, representing the company towards the client.
• Prepare and manage project plans, schedules and key documentation, including RAMS, ITP, FAT/SAT procedures and close-out reports.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, installation, commissioning and service activities.
• Monitor project performance in terms of timing, cost, scope, quality and contractual requirements, proactively managing risks and changes.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
• Support reporting, financial forecasting, project close-out activities and after-sales coordination when needed.

You are the right fit if you have/are:

• Fluent in English and Italian ; French knowledge is considered a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Proven experience in project management , preferably in industrial or technical engineering environments.
• Good knowledge of project management tools and techniques; understanding of High Voltage and Power Distribution markets is a plus.
• Knowledge of communication, electrical, electronic and network instruments.
• PMP certification or similar is considered a plus.
• Strong client-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving attitude and ability to manage sensitive discussions with professionalism and cultural awareness.
• Experience in negotiating with external service providers, contractors, partners and subcontractors.
• Background in managing field teams within technical engineering contexts.
• Willingness to travel moderately, sometimes at relatively short notice.
• Decision making attitude, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset.

• Applicable Collective Agreement : CCNL Gomma, Plastica, Cavi elettrici e affini.

• Gross annual salary no less than: € 40.000
