Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a Junior Sustainability & Market Intelligence Specialist - Intern to join our Milan office in a hybrid setup. The role focuses on supporting sustainability initiatives at the European level, ESG data collection, and market intelligence, with exposure to cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in sustainability/ESG or related field.
• Basic knowledge of sustainability topics, ESG frameworks and corporate sustainability reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure information clearly.
• Good project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of CSRD/ESRS regulation is a plus.

You are the right fit if you have/are:

• Master’s degree in Sustainability Management, ESG, Economics, Management Engineering or related fields
• Basic knowledge of sustainability topics, ESG frameworks and corporate sustainability reporting
• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure information clearly
• Good project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Proactive attitude, curiosity and ability to work with multiple stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Previous internship or project experience in sustainability, ESG consulting or corporate sustainability
• Knowledge of CSRD/ESRS regulation and sustainability reporting
