Syneos Health, Inc. in Milan, Italy, seeks an experienced Regional MSL Manager to lead a team of Medical Science Liaisons across Europe in Neuroscience and Psychiatry.

You will drive scientific exchange with healthcare professionals and support clinical development through investigator engagement and site performance. The role combines people leadership with operational focus, shaping regional field medical strategies, guiding site activation, patient recruitment, and data insights while

Competenze

• Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, MBBS, MSc or equivalent).
• Previous experience as a Medical Science Liaison with field medical know-how.
• Line management or mentoring experience within Medical Affairs or Field Medical.
• Strong neuroscience/psychiatry knowledge and clinical trial exposure.
• Experience in site engagement, patient recruitment, or investigator-sponsored studies.
• Familiarity with GCP, pharmacovigilance, and ethical requirements.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach, and develop a Europe-wide MSL team across neuroscience markets.
• Provide day-to-day line management, performance support, and field coaching.
• Develop regional field medical strategies for patient identification, enrolment, and trial execution.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development and Operations to address site activation barriers.
• Ensure investigators and study sites maintain strong engagement plans and quality interactions.
• Coach MSLs in compliant scientific engagement with investigators and healthcare professionals.
• Gather and communicate actionable field insights to improve study execution and recruitment.
