Syneos Health is seeking a Regional MSL Manager in Europe to lead a neuroscience-focused team of Medical Science Liaisons across multiple markets. You will guide field medical strategy, support patient recruitment, and drive scientific excellence in investigator engagement while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires advanced scientific credentials and demonstrated MSL leadership, with extensive collaboration across Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Study teams.

Competenze

• Advanced scientific degree in a relevant field.
• Previous MSL experience with a field medical role.
• Line management or mentoring experience in Medical Affairs or Field Medical.
• Strong neuroscience/psychiatry knowledge.
• Experience with clinical research, trial execution, site engagement, or investigator-sponsored studies.
• Working knowledge of GCP and regulatory expectations.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach, and develop an MSL team across multiple European markets.
• Provide day-to-day line management, performance support, and field coaching.
• Develop regional field medical strategies to support patient identification and enrolment.
• Partner with Clinical Development and Operations to address site activation barriers.
• Ensure territory engagement plans with investigators and research centres.
• Support feasibility assessments and site identification activities with field insights.
• Facilitate compliant scientific engagement with investigators and site personnel.
• Coach MSLs in the field to enhance engagement capabilities.
• Gather and translate field insights into actionable recommendations.
