Neuraxpharm is seeking a Medical Science Liaison for the Multiple Sclerosis BU, preferably based in Milan, to support MS professionals across West Lombardy, Piedmont, Liguria and Tuscany. You will communicate scientific data, engage KOLs, and assist with product launches, ensuring alignment with brand teams while traveling extensively.

The role requires a medical/life sciences degree and 2+ years in MS pharma, fluency in Italian and English, and strong presentation and networking skills.

Medical Science Liaison – BU Multiple Sclerosis (m/f/d)

Neuraxpharm is looking for a Medical Science Liaison for BU Multiple Sclerosis preferably based in Milan, Italy for the regions West Lombardy, Piedmont, Liguria, Tuscany.

Your Mission

Serving as a bridge between the company and the MS medical community, while focusing on scientific communication and relationship building. You will be required to engage with MS healthcare professionals, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), researchers and physicians ensuring effective communication of scientific & medical information, supporting launch and commercialization of products. This role is expected to offer support to brand teams, with technical, scientific and clinical expertise, interpreting data for promotional activities and providing other medical support to maximize the company’s potential.

Your Major Accountabilities

• Deep understanding of the company´s products, therapeutic areas, and relevant scientific literature, with a strong expertise in Multiple Sclerosis field
• Stay up to date on the latest advancements and clinical data, research and treatment guidelines to provide accurate and current information to medical professionals
• Educate medical professionals about the company´s product and their use
• Effectively communicate clinical trial data and scientific publications
• Develop external relationships with KOLs (Key opinion Leaders) and other experts in the field, engaging & participating in scientific discussions and promoting collaborations in research projects.
• Operate in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations & ethics guidelines
• Ensure a strong crossfunctional collaboration to align MSL activities with overall company objectives
• Provide medical insights and feedback to support the development of medical strategies, product launch plans and marketing materials.
• Answer to medical inquiries and clarifying scientific and clinical questions
• Adress scientific and clinical questions, offer support for off‑label discussions and provide medical resources such as publications, clinical guidelines and educational materials.

We Would Like You To Have

• Strong scientific backgound proven by a degree in medicine, life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field.
• Mandatory 2+years of professional experience in the role in pharma company in Multiple Sclerosis therapeutic area.
• Experience in literature review, clinical trials, and clinical pharmacology
• Ability to work independently & proactively as a strong team member of cross functional teams
• Top-notch written & verbal communication, presentation & networking skills (internal & external)
• Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Hands on
• Availability to travel up to 80% including travelling overnight and occasionally in weekends, all as business requires
• Language: Italian & English required

The expected annual base salary range for this position is 65,233 - 83,893 Euros and you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters. Neuraxpharm Italy offers a 13‑months period salary. The final compensation will be determined by a variety of gender-neutral factors, including skills, experience, and qualifications.
