Syneos Health in Europe seeks an experienced Regional MSL Manager to lead a neuroscience-focused MSL team across multiple European markets, guiding medical science liaison activities, site engagement, and patient recruitment strategies to accelerate study delivery.

Competenze

Advanced scientific degree in a relevant field (PharmD, PhD, MD, MBBS, MSc).
Proven experience leading MSL teams and executing regional medical affairs strategy.
Strong knowledge of Neuroscience or Psychiatry and clinical development processes.

Mansioni

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Medical Science Liaisons across Europe.
Define and implement regional field medical strategies to support trial execution.
Partner with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory to address barriers to site activation and patient recruitment.
Ensure compliant scientific engagement with investigators and healthcare professionals.
Monitor KPIs and provide field insights to improve site performance and study outcomes.
