YDU JC Air Cond & Ref Inc.- Dubai seeks a Life Cycle Solutions Leader for HVAC Europe to drive lifecycle and systems growth across Industrial Refrigeration. You will partner with regional field teams, product management, service, and operations to embed lifecycle solutions into the sales motion and boost long-term service revenue.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Significant experience in Industrial Refrigeration or adjacent technical industry.
• Proven track record in commercial leadership, product/portfolio management, or solution sales.
• Strong understanding of systems sales and lifecycle service business models.
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance across multi-country, matrix organizations.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level.

• Lead lifecycle and systems growth across Europe, coordinating with sales, product management, service, and operations.
• Partner with regional Field teams to identify opportunities and align on market priorities.
• Own portfolio performance including product performance, win-rate trends, and margins.
