Haier HVAC Solutions Europe seeks a Product Manager to own the Chiller product lines, taking accountability for product vision and roadmap from market needs to launch across Europe. You will work with R&D, sales and marketing to ensure a successful product launch and ongoing portfolio success.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define detailed specifications, forecast demand and manage pricing strategies while tracking performance and driving improvements. Travel across Europe is expected.

Competenze

• 5+ years in product management or similar role in HVAC/chiller
• Strong understanding of HVAC go-to-market strategies and lifecycle management
• Familiarity with sales enablement and marketing strategies
• Proactive and collaborative with strong communication skills

Mansioni

• Define product vision and strategy from market insights to roadmap
• Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing and sales
• Develop and prioritise product roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Create and maintain product specs, user stories and documentation
• Develop detailed product remit including pricing and forecast
• Produce project and launch plans with marketing and sales teams
• Analyse product performance and customer feedback for improvements
• Monitor market trends, USPs and differentiation
• Forecast demand and update ERP systems accordingly
• Attend meetings on inventory and manufacturing planning
• Maintain optimal stock levels
