Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a Junior Sustainability & Market Intelligence Specialist - Intern to join our Milan office in a hybrid setup. The role focuses on supporting sustainability initiatives at the European level, ESG data collection, and market intelligence, with exposure to cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in sustainability/ESG or related field.
• Basic knowledge of sustainability topics, ESG frameworks and corporate sustainability reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure information clearly.
• Good project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of CSRD/ESRS regulation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of sustainability initiatives and projects at European level.
• Support ESG activities, data collection, analysis and preparation of sustainability materials aligned with CSRD/ESRS requirements.
• Contribute to sustainability culture initiatives, internal communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Support market intelligence through research, benchmarking and trend analysis.
• Prepare presentations, reports and project updates for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with different functions and contribute to cross-functional projects.
