Ecolab seeks a European Cruise Logistics Manager to join our Supply Chain team, reporting to a Supply Chain Director, with guidance from EU Planning and Logistics leadership. You will oversee End-to-End Supply Chain within your area, helping Ecolab deliver a great customer experience.

You will be a strong leader in a complex matrix organization, owning and improving order-to-cash operations, demand planning, logistics, and customer service.

Competenze

• Engineering or Business Administration degree required; Masters in Supply Chain bonus.
• Experience in similar role >3 years in customer service, planning, logistics or operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge a must.
• Project management qualification is a bonus; project mgmt experience required.
• Exposure to TPM and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Demonstration of financial acumen

Mansioni

• Be an integral part of our Supply Chain Organization to improve customer experience.
• Develop and deploy efficient Supply Chain solutions to protect service and costs; collaborate with Cruise Divisions in Italy and Global Cruise Organization.
• Develop relationships with 3PLs and ensure performance per contract terms while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Present Supply Chain voice to Cruise Division; guide and execute agreed solutions.
• Manage KPI metrics; monitor and implement improvements
