Euronext is seeking a Corporate Actions Operations Intern to join the Monte Titoli Corporate Actions team in Milan. The role supports events across asset classes, assists with notices, and liaises with issuers and CSDs to ensure accurate processing in a regulatory environment.

Minimum six months, based in Milan, with a monthly reimbursement of 800 euros plus meal vouchers. Fluency in English required; Italian a plus.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Finance or a related field (recent graduates or students close to graduation are welcome).
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team working attitude and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn in a fast-changing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Rembursement 800 euro + ticket restaurants

You will primarily be responsible for:

• Supporting the preparation, execution and reconciliation of corporate action events for a wide range of asset classes, including equities, government bonds, corporate bonds, certificates, covered warrants and funds
• Assisting in the preparation of official notices to announce events to system participants
• Liaising with issuers, issuer agents and other central securities depositories (CSDs) on operational aspects related to corporate action events
• Contributing to the smooth and accurate processing of corporate actions in line with regulatory and market standards

Your profile:

The Monte Titoli Corporate Actions team sits at the core of our Operations Division, seamlessly processing corporate action events for Italian and non-Italian securities across a wide array of asset classes. We work closely with issuers, agents and other CSDs to ensure efficient, accurate and secure post-trade services.
