ATS Corporation seeks an experienced EU Category Manager – Indirect & Services to own the regional sourcing strategy and supplier relationships. Based in Europe with smart working and hybrid options, you will lead a cross‑functional network across functions and regions to deploy sustainable, cost‑efficient sourcing.

You will drive negotiations, set KPIs, and coordinate with global category leads to align EU execution with global direction.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 5–8 years in strategic sourcing roles in an international manufacturing company.
• Strong analytical mindset with ERP data experience.
• Excellent negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills.

Mansioni

• Lead international indirect & services sourcing strategies.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms with key suppliers.
• Manage spend and savings targets across the portfolio.
• Oversee supplier relationships and performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and sustainability criteria.
• Coordinate with global category leads for EU alignment.
• Act as EU point of contact for indirect sourcing issues.
