A leading consultancy company is seeking an ambitious Intern to join their team in Italy, primarily in Milan or Turin. In this role, you will contribute to various project phases, support business analysis, and assist in ERP implementation. Candidates should possess a relevant Master's degree, strong interest in business and technology, as well as fluency in Italian and English. 📍Location: Milan (preferred) or Turin

📅 Duration: 6 months, full‑time

What You Can Expect From The Role

• Contribute to all phases of the project from conceptual design to successful delivery
• Assist in the creation of high‑quality client deliverables (e.g. process flows, timelines, executive presentations)
• Support business process analysis and assessments
• Participate in software configuration, write functional specifications, and perform system testing
• Take part in data migration and system conversion activities
• Assist in implementing ERP modules
• Help guide customers through the change management process.

What We Will Look For In Your CV

• 🎓 You’re completing or have completed a relevant Masters Degree e.g. IT, International Business, Economics etc.
• 📚 You have a solid track record of learning and development (certifications or training are a plus)
• 💡 You have a strong interest in business, technology, and operational processes
• 🤝 You bring excellent problem‑solving, teamwork, and communication skills
• 🗣️ You’re fluent in Italian and English (additional European languages are a bonus).

Even Better If You Have

• 💻 Basic knowledge of ERP systems (IFS, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Infor)
• 🌍 A client‑focused mindset and the ability to work in international teams
• ✈️ Willingness to travel up to 60–70% of the time.
