Arcwide is seeking motivated interns to join our Milan/Turin team for a 6-month full-time internship. You will contribute across project phases, assist in client deliverables, and support business process analysis and ERP configurations.

Location: Milan (preferred) or Turin

Duration: 6 months, full-time

What you can expect from the role:

• Contribute to all phases of the project from conceptual design to successful delivery
• Assist in the creation of high-quality client deliverables (e.g. process flows, timelines, executive presentations)
• Support business process analysis and assessments
• Participate in software configuration, write functional specifications, and perform system testing
• Take part in data migration and system conversion activities
• Assist in implementing ERP modules
• Help guide customers through the change management process.

What we will look for in your CV:

• You’re completing or have completed a relevant Masters Degree e.g. IT, International Business, Economics etc.
• You have a solid track record of learning and development (certifications or training are a plus)
• You have a strong interest in business, technology, and operational processes
• You bring excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
• You’re fluent in Italian and English (additional European languages are a bonus).

Even better if you have:

• Basic knowledge of ERP systems (IFS, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Infor)
• A client-focused mindset and the ability to work in international teams
• Willingness to travel up to 60–70% of the time.
