You will interact with international agents and maintain ongoing communication with suppliers and customers to support end-to-end logistics processes.

The role focuses on learning import/export documentation, gaining hands-on experience in freight forwarding, and contributing to a healthy, inclusive workplace

Competenze

• Entry-level logistics professional eager to learn end-to-end operations.
• Strong communication skills in English and Italian.
• Interest in import/export documentation and freight forwarding industry.

Mansioni

• Prepare, coordinate and handle documentation for freight operations (e.g., bill of lading, invoices, COO).
• Interact with international agents to promote and strengthen business relationships.
• Maintain constant communication with suppliers and customers.
• Assist in day-to-day logistics operations and ensure data accuracy.
