Allianz Services in Italy is looking for an Enterprise Solution Analyst (m/f/d) to support Senior Management on architecture, IAM and related domains. You will collaborate across divisions and coordinate inputs to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities include preparing agendas and minutes, tracking progress, and delivering training materials to end users. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential, as is proactive stakeholder management in a dynamic environment.

• Fluent in English with international exposure.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to architecture practices: business, application, data, security, infrastructure, microservices, governance.
• Nice to have experience with RSA Archer & ServiceNow.

In this role you will support the Senior Management on administrative tasks related to Architecture, IAM and related domains.

What you will do :

• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex technology issues in a way that is appropriate for the target group
• Ability to independently prioritize and to work independently, flexible, efficiently and target oriented
• Passioned for modern technology – e.g., AI, big data, analytics, cloud, serverless, event-driven
• Project management and reporting experience and the ability to operate in a deadline-oriented environment

You have :

• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills and be able to build trusting working relationships with diverse people
• Exposure to various aspects of architecture practices; business, application, data, security, infrastructure, microservices, and governance
• Broad exposure to the full application lifecycle, ensuring effective use of industry best practice and/or methodologies
• Nice to have experience with RSA Archer & ServiceNow
• Fluent in English with international exposure
