Allianz cerca un AI Senior Engineer per guidare lo sviluppo di acceleratori e soluzioni GenAI aziendali. Il candidato analizzerà flussi intelligenti, integrerà con sistemi enterprise e sperimenterà tecnologie AI all'avanguardia in un contesto multinazionale.

Profilo richiesto: esperienza in AI/Software engineering, conoscenza avanzata di LLM e framework di agenti, conoscenza di Python e integrazione API. Offriamo contratto a tempo pieno, modello ibrido e benefici aziendali.

About the Job

Build and industrialize the technical capabilities needed to support the growth of AI initiatives, developing accelerators, integrations, intelligent agents, and reusable solutions.

What you do

• Develop enterprise GenAI solutions.
• Build AI agents and intelligent workflows.
• Integrate with enterprise platforms and systems.
• Implement RAG, knowledge access, and agentic workflows.
• Provide technical support to business initiatives.
• Evaluate and experiment with new AI technologies.
• Define reusable frameworks and accelerators.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Security, and Data Management.

What you bring

• Experience in AI Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of LLMs, agent frameworks, and GenAI technologies.
• Experience with Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Claude Code, Copilot Studio, and equivalent frameworks.
• Experience with the AI Development Lifecycle (AI DLC).
• Experience in automation, intelligent automation, and RPA platforms.
• Knowledge of Python, API integration, and modern software engineering practices.
• A pragmatic, delivery-oriented approach.

What we offer

• Starting annual compensation from 76,000 €
