Cap4 Lab, a leading European provider of Integration Services, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant to join our Italy team in Rende. You will bridge business requirements with scalable Salesforce architectures and drive technical evolution.

You’ll lead design, development with Apex/LWC/Visualforce, build integrations via REST/SOAP/Bulk, mentor developers, and collaborate with sales, IT, and clients to deliver high-quality solutions in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering Salesforce projects in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, sharing, and security architectures; proficiency in Apex, LWC, and OO design patterns.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP/CRM or legacy systems via APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to complex business ecosystems.
• Develop custom applications and automations using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
• Design and maintain integrations with external systems via REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs (MuleSoft where applicable).
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and promote engineering best practices.
• Oversee testing and deployment pipelines to ensure quality deliveries.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and best practices to optimize internal frameworks.
