Anthropic in Milano seeks an Applied AI team member serving as a pre-sales architect, helping large enterprises understand the value of Claude and integrate it into their tech stacks. You will combine deep technical expertise with customer‑facing skills to design scalable, safe AI solutions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to guide customers from discovery to deployment, develop evals, and craft architectures that maximize Claude’s potential while upholding our safety

Competenze

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles.
• Native or C1 Italian speaker with fluent English.
• Experience with enterprise customers and complex buying cycles.
• Ability to translate requirements to technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integration.

Mansioni

• Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor through the Claude adoption journey.
• Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
• Deliver tailored technical content for engineering teams and executives.
• Guide architecture decisions and integrate Claude into customer stacks.
• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude’s performance.
• Identify integration patterns and provide feedback to product teams.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops and deep dives.
• Maintain knowledge of latest LLM developments.
