Anthropic Limited is seeking an Applied AI pre-sales architect in Milan to guide large enterprises in adopting Claude. You will combine deep technical expertise with customer-facing skills to architect scalable LLM solutions and demonstrate value across technical and business audiences.

You will work with Sales, Product, and Engineering to move from discovery to deployment, developing evals and best-fit architectures while ensuring safety and reliability across deployments.

Competenze

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Native or C1 Italian speaker with fluent English proficiency.
• Experience with enterprise customers and complex buying cycles.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders including C-suite.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.

Mansioni

• Partner with account executives to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Serve as primary technical advisor through Claude adoption journey, coordinating across teams.
• Support customers building with Claude API and Claude for Work.
• Create and deliver technical content for engineers and executives.
• Guide architecture decisions and Claude integration into customers' stacks.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude’s performance for use cases.
• Identify integration patterns and provide feedback to Product/Engineering teams.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops and relationship building.
