Anthropic is seeking an Applied AI Solutions Architect in Milan to act as a trusted pre-sales technical advisor. You will translate customer needs into Claude-based architectures, guide deployments, and collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering to maximize safety and value.

You’ll craft evals, drive scalable cloud integrations, and support enterprise clients through discovery to deployment. You will work in a location-based hybrid setting, collaborating with teams across the globe, and

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience translating complex requirements to technical solutions.
• Experience with enterprise customers and multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to executives.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrations.

• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions across Claude adoption.
• Act as primary technical advisor through discovery, evaluation, and deployment.
• Coordinate across multiple teams to drive customer success.
• Support customers building with Claude API and Claude for Work.
• Create technical content tailored to different audiences.
• Guide architecture decisions and integration into customers’ stacks.
• Help develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude’s performance.
