Qualifications

• Experience in Eng. or IT industry (1–3 years).
• Strong English language skills (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Assess, benchmark and establish customer contacts.
• Develop portfolio with strategic customers and negotiate key contracts.
• Promote the Group's service offerings and maintain dynamic customer relationships.
• Involve in sourcing, selection and onboarding of candidates; build talent pipelines.
• Develop and monitor business plans; track revenue, margins and cash flow.
