Job summary

Akkodis, a global leader in engineering and R&D, is seeking a Business Manager - Engineering in Puglia, Italy. You will drive sales development and manage your assigned customer portfolio.

The role requires English at B2 level, 1–3 years experience in engineering or IT, and a permanent contract with a salary range of 35k–45k plus bonus.

You will collaborate with HR to recruit and align with client needs and contribute to a dynamic, performance-driven team.

Qualifications

• English language knowledge at B2 level is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience in Engineering or IT sector.
• Strong business aptitude with autonomous, proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop your portfolio of strategic customers and prospects; negotiate key commercial and contractual terms.
• Sourcing and onboarding of candidates; build strong candidate pipelines with recruiters and HR partners.
• Create and monitor long-term business plans, budgets and forecasts; track revenue, margins and KPIs.
