Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (law, engineering, survey, business).
• 7–12 years’ experience in contract administration for oil&gas or major infrastructure.
• Experience with EPC/EPCIC project environments and large-scale contracts.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor project contracts including EPC, EPCIC, consultancy, and service agreements.
• Ensure contractors comply with contractual obligations, deliverables, and milestones.
• Maintain contract registers, documentation records, and correspondence logs.
• Review and validate notices, change requests, and variation documentation.
• Support change orders and maintain a change register.
• Identify potential claims and support mitigation or resolution strategies.
• Draft and review contractual correspondence and notices to contractors.
• Provide regular reporting on contract status, variations, risks, and performance.
