RINA is recruiting an Energy Engineering Associate Project Manager for its Genoa office, within the EMEA & Asia Pacific Energy Engineering Division. You will support multidisciplinary energy projects, coordinating teams, tracking budgets and timelines, and ensuring client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes collaboration with project managers, documentation control, and active client engagement across oil & gas, offshore, and hydrogen readiness initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in an engineering or technical role within a project setting.
• PM certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner are beneficial.
• Basic understanding of project lifecycle, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Basic knowledge of Agile/Lean methodologies is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Assist in creating and maintaining project plans with tasks, timelines, and milestones.
• Update project trackers and reports to keep stakeholders informed.
• Serve as a client contact; provide updates and address queries.
• Prepare and organize project documentation, ensuring records are accurate and accessible.
• Coordinate meetings, logistics, and distribute agendas and minutes.
