Experteer Italy seeks a Specialist to help clients reduce energy use and accelerate decarbonization by delivering audits, analyses, and roadmaps. You will work with cross-functional teams to quantify opportunities, validate performance, and support client engagements across regions.

You will stay abreast of new technologies and regulatory developments while contributing to tool improvements and continuous consulting enhancements. This is an international role with travel across projects.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Energy, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in energy efficiency, engineering, sustainability, or related field.
• Understanding of HVAC, cooling, compressed air, steam, lighting, waste-to-energy, and renewable energy systems (one or more).
• Good analytical skills and willingness to develop proficiency in energy performance assessment methods and tools.
• Ability to prepare reports, present findings, and communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.

• Conduct comprehensive energy audits for industrial and tertiary-sector clients to identify and prioritize ECMs.
• Evaluate technical and financial opportunities including energy savings, investment needs, and payback.
• Analyze energy and operational data and contribute to benchmarking activities.
