MSC Cruises seeks an Energy Efficiency Engineer to quantify fleet performance, focusing on hotel and service loads. You will assess technical solutions, analyse data, and manage energy-related projects, traveling aboard vessels for audits and training.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in cruise, strong knowledge of ship systems, and excellent English communication. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or STCW certification is preferred. A competitive salary is offered.

Competenze

• 3+ years in the cruise sector with shipboard exposure preferred.
• Experience with energy performance analysis and dashboards is desirable.
• Strong documentation and data presentation skills.

• Lead energy efficiency projects across the fleet, focusing on hotel and service loads.
• Analyse high-frequency data and develop dashboards (Power BI or equivalent).
• Advise on operational changes to improve energy efficiency and reduce fuel use.
