Hitachi is seeking a Digital & HMAX Solution Manager to lead the technical solutioning for the HMAX Energy portfolio and to act as a solution expert across Europe. The role focuses on shaping sales and marketing activities to grow the market and deliver integrated, customer-centric digital offerings.

You will coach regional teams, build key account relationships, and drive orders through strategic engagements with a strong emphasis on value delivery and standards.

• Lead the technical solutioning of HMAX Energy opportunities and act as solution expert for the HMAX Energy portfolio
• Define and implement sales and marketing activities within the defined industry segment to increase metrics
• Provide integrated, customer-centric solutions by combining digital technologies, service, and HMAX Energy offerings; establish best practices and global standards
• Enable Hub and Country organizations through coaching, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance
• Develop and implement a market-based approach including direct, third-party and project sales while building relationships with stakeholders
• Ensure the value proposition for the target segment is developed and communicated to stakeholders; oversee standards
• Identify and prioritize key accounts and provide feedback on market developments to achieve sales targets
• Monitor prices and margins and support the sales team in negotiating key contracts
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with customers and decision makers
• Proven track record in sales within global, matrix organizations (ideally energy or mobility)
• Strong experience in solution architecture, digital solutions, or technical consulting
• Solid understanding of power systems, digital technologies, and service business
• Ability to translate customer needs into end-to-end solutions
• Excellent collaboration and influencing skills across global matrix organizations
