HITACHI ENERGY ITALY S.P.A. in Milan, Lombardy, Italy is seeking a Digital & HMAX Solution Manager to champion the HMAX Energy portfolio, transforming customer challenges into scalable digital solutions.

Reporting to the Global Digital and HMAX Energy Sales Leader, you will lead solutioning activities, define sales and marketing programs, and enable regional teams through coaching and guidance to drive pipeline growth and high-quality deployments.

Mansioni

• Lead the technical solutioning of HMAX Energy opportunities and act as solution expert for the HMAX Energy portfolio.
• Define and implement all sales and marketing activities including products, services and systems within the industry segment.
• Provide integrated, customer-centric solutions by combining digital technologies, service, and HMAX Energy offerings, establishing best practices and reference architectures.
• Enable Hub and Country organizations through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Identify and prioritize key accounts and provide feedback on market developments and requirements.
