YellowSquare Europe is seeking an Activity Host in Florence to energize our hostel, turning strangers into a welcoming community and keeping the vibe lively through entertaining, inclusive events.

You’ll host quizzes, karaoke, and tournaments, collaborate with bar and reception teams, and craft unforgettable moments for guests from around the world, with an on‑call schedule and strong team support across Tuscany.

• Must be able to engage guests and lead groups
• Excellent communication and hosting abilities
• Comfort with live performances and talking to crowds
