Job summary

JPMorganChase's Corporate Meetings and Events Team is seeking an Events Management Professional to support conferences, hospitality, and client-focused events from concept through completion. You will contribute to event strategy and manage day-to-day delivery, including registration, data quality, and supplier coordination.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across a matrix organization, ensure high standards of professionalism, and help drive event excellence while growing your event

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
• Experience planning and delivering events end-to-end.
• Excellent Italian and English communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating suppliers and logistics.
• Experience with event budgets and reconciliation.
• Proficient with event tech platforms.
• Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to deliver programs and projects.
• Support planning, venue research, communications, and on-site logistics.
• Manage invitations and registrations, testing and reporting.
• Maintain accurate event data in management systems.
• Coordinate suppliers and logistics including AV, shipping, and prints.
• Own elements of events while contributing to multi-workstreams.
• Support budget tracking and post-event debriefs.
• Format speaker materials per event standards and timelines.
• Follow internal policies for approvals, compliance, spend, and documentation.
