Prima is an online motor insurer founded in Italy, now expanding to the UK and Spain. We are seeking an Employer Branding Manager to shape how talent discovers, experiences and chooses Prima.

You will translate talent priorities into distinctive content and experiences, manage recruitment marketing campaigns across channels, and design events to connect candidates with real pipelines and hiring outcomes. Hybrid work with benefits and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Strong experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing or Talent Attraction (minimum 4 years).
• Understanding of candidate journeys and recruitment funnels.
• Experience designing events, communities or experiential activations.
• Ability to turn business hiring needs into creative briefs.
• Strong stakeholder management across TA, Brand, Marketing and senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills, fluent English.

• Translate Prima’s talent strategy into an employer branding roadmap.
• Define how we position Prima to attract talent and run recruitment marketing campaigns across channels.
• Partner with Brand, Marketing and Social teams to bring campaigns to life, briefs to distribution.
• Design talent events and activations to build pipelines and hiring outcomes.
• Improve the candidate journey from discovery to onboarding.
• Turn real stories at Prima into compelling employer-brand narratives.
• Develop formats and content with creative and social teams to earn talent attention.
• Define and track KPIs across awareness, engagement, pipeline and hiring conversion.
