Prima is seeking a Head of IT Service Desk in Milan to lead a large IT team and ensure a high-quality service experience across all systems.

The role requires managing at least 10 reports for a company with 1,000+ staff and overseeing an annual budget of at least €1 million, across multiple countries. You will shape scalable IT solutions and support the group's growth in Europe.

Successful candidates will drive improvements, partner with international teams and align IT with business strategy.

To help fuel that growth, we need an Head of IT Service Desk to join our IT team.

This team is the beating heart of Prima.

As part of an organization of ~1,600 employees, you will ensure an optimal IT experience across all Prima systems. Fuelled by curiosity, experimentation and collaboration, you’ll help deliver scalable, impactful solutions that shape the future of insurance.

To be successful at this role, you need to have managed a large group of employees (at least 10 reports) for 5 years for a company of at least 1000 employees ideally in multiple countries. Moreover, you need to have managed a large budget of at least 1 Million Euros / year.
